He was born January 26, 1932 in Winslow, ME, son of the late Joseph Napoleon Poulin and Marie Zelie Boucher Poulin. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Esther M. "Tess" Poulin; four sisters, Yvette Sandberg (Ernest), Germaine Maigret (Paul), Lucienne Flannery (Jim), and Theresa Casavant (Don) and a brother, Gerry Poulin (Mary). McCollor, Jr., 82, of Bingham, ME and Ocala, FL passed away on May 13, 2023, at his home in Ocala after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. He was the oldest of six children born to Merle Sr & Methyl (Moulton) McCollor. He was raised in and attended Bingham schools. He worked in Quimby Veneer Mill until he joined the Army during the Vietnam Conflict. In 1968, he met his wife & best friend, Rachel Price, and they were together for 55 years raising 3 children (G.
